ENDJOBABN command is intended to complete work that apparently do not respond to the mandate ENDJOB completion.

Once executed activates a check in the system by which the following IPL will be considered "abnormal" and the system startup tasks undertake a number of additional system check that will lengthen the time of IPL.
also if there are any pending application ptf in IPL not apply, because the system believes you should not install them on an IPL with abnormal termination.
There is a value system for which if the last IPL was abnormal, by running the command: DSPSYSVAL SYSVAL (QABNORMSW)
This will show us one of the following values:
0 = Normal 1 = Abnormal
